Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through Do With Martial Arts (MHRS Enterprise). Please read the terms below carefully before making a purchase, as refund conditions vary by service type.
Online Courses
Due to the digital nature of our courses, all course purchases, including individual courses, course bundles, and the All Access Membership, are final and non refundable once access has been granted. We encourage you to review course descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue accessing your course, please contact us at dowithmartialarts@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it.
Private Lessons
Single session purchases are non refundable once the session has taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or no shows, will forfeit the session.
Session packages (5 Pack and 10 Pack) are non refundable. Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the applicable validity period but cannot be exchanged for a refund.
Video Consultation
All Video Consultation purchases, whether a single session or the 5 Session Package, are final and non refundable, in accordance with our Video Consultation Policy. Single sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase, and the 5 Session Package must be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions after these periods will expire and cannot be extended, exchanged, or refunded.
Seminars and Workshops
Seminar and workshop bookings are arranged individually through inquiry and confirmed directly with us. Deposit and cancellation terms, if applicable, will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration outside the terms above, please reach out to us directly at dowithmartialarts@gmail.com. Exceptions are considered at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of access to our courses, lessons, or services.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
