Eligibility

Assumption of Risk and Physical Activity
Taekwondo and other martial arts training involve physical exertion and carry an inherent risk of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, falls, and other physical harm, whether participating online or in person. By participating in any Private Lesson, Online Course, or other physical training Service offered by Do With Martial Arts, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.
You confirm that you are physically able to participate in martial arts training, or that you have consulted a medical professional if you have any condition that may affect your ability to safely participate. Do With Martial Arts is not responsible for injuries sustained while following instruction provided through this website, whether live or recorded, and you agree to train within your own physical limits and in a safe environment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Do With Martial Arts, MHRS Enterprise, and its owner, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data. Nothing in this section is intended to limit liability in ways not permitted under applicable law.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse our Services.
Payments

Course and Content Access

Video Submissions
If you submit video content as part of a Video Consultation or related Service, you retain ownership of your video. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to view and use the video solely for the purpose of providing you with feedback and coaching. We will not publish or use your video for marketing or any public purpose without your separate written consent, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Refunds
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, available on this website.
